Conquer your (weaknesses) and overcome your frustrations with a skill session with one of the CCS&C coaches.

In a skill session, we will:

  • Discuss your goals
  • Assess your current ability
  • Use strength and/or skill exercises to work on your goal
  • Assign homework to continue on the path to achieving your goals
