Today kicks off another Olympic Weightlifting biased cycle.  This cycle is based on a Catalyst Athletics program, by Coach Greg Everett.  Trust the process and have fun!

As with last cycle, there is a fair amount of work to be done in most of these sessions, so take your rest, but don’t waste time in the gym.

Strength:

Snatch 3 X 1 @ 85% of 1RM

Clean & Jerk 3 X 1 @ 85% of 1RM

Front Squat 3 X 3 @ 80%

Corrective/Mobility:
