Skill:  15:00 Open Gym to work on any skill you feel you need to work on.  Not sure?  Ask your coach!

Strength: Every minute on the minute X 7 rounds:

  • Power Snatch X 5 @ 55% – 65% of 1RM
  • Box Jump X 5 @ 24″/20″

Mobility/Corrective:

3 rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand X 6 – try to alternate which arm you reach overhead first
  • Toe Touch Complex X 3 of each
  • Down Dog X :30 into Pigeon on Right Leg X :30, into Down Dog X :30, into Pigeon on Left Leg X :30
