Skill:  Pistol Squat practice X 15:00

Strength: Every minute on the minute X 7 rounds:

  • Power Clean X 5 @ 55% – 65% of 1RM
  • Air Squat X 10

Corrective/Mobility:

3 rounds of:

  • RKC Arm Bar X 2 each side
  • 1 Arm Sit Up X 5 each side
  • Couch Stretch X 1:00 each side

Any additional time should be spent smashing tissues with LAX balls, barbells, foam rollers, etc.  Enjoy!
