Clean & Jerk – 5 x 3+1 @ 70% – 80% of 1RM
Clean Pull – 4 x 3 @ 105% of Clean 1RM
Back Squat – 5 x 5 70% – 80% of 1RM

Conditioning:

15, 12, 9 reps for time of:

  • Wall Ball @ 20#/14#
  • Toes to Bar

Jeremy with the “hardware” he won at Saturday’s Indianapolis Scottish Highland Games. This was Jeremy’s first Highland Games competition and he took 1st place in the men’s lightweight division. Congratulations to Jeremy and all our CCS&C Athletes who competed. Well done!
