Front Squat – 20:00 to establish a 1RM

Conditioning:

  • 1 mile Med Ball Run @ 20#/14#
  • Wall Ball X 40
  • Pull Up X 30
  • Burpee X 20
  • Handstand Push Up X 10

Mobility:  Coaches choice, depending on time remaining.
