  • Overhead Walking Lunges X 8 each leg @ 45#/25#
  • Halo/Slasher w/weight plate X 5 each direction @ same load
  • Weighted Sit Up X 10 @ same load
  • Rope Climb
  • Rest 1:00

Mobility:  Coaches choice!

Spartan Tough:

1 mile run today.  Wanna get extra credit?  Do it with a sandbag @ weight of your choice.  This can be done post-WOD or, you are not coming to the gym, do it whenever.
