Open Gym -

Do a WOD from earlier in the week that you missed.

Work on your skills.

Practice your mobility.

Row.

If you are newer to the gym and don’t know what to do, fear not!  Just ask your coach and they will point you in the right direction.  If you have never attended an Open Gym sessions… and they don’t happen that often… be there!  Lots of fun and learning happens, if you let it.
