15:00 to establish heaviest Overheard Squat for the day.

Conditioning:

“Annie”

50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps for time of:

  • Double Under
  • Sit Up

Corrective:

3 rounds of:

  • Windmill X 5 each side @ heavy yet manageable
  • Wood Chop X 10 each side
  • Standing Wall Slide X 10
